Bill Seitz is a California Real Estate broker and one of the founding partners of Alta Realty Group CA. Bill got into the real estate business in November of 2002. He started in Real Estate by getting his salesperson license and working for a top producing team at Prudential’s Irvine office. This is where Bill learned how successful real estate professionals build their business, communicate with clients, excel at service and ultimately succeed.
In late 2014 after the market had recovered, Bill was looking for a change and went to work as a producing branch manager for International City Mortgage, located in Orange County, CA. While working at ICM Bill got valuable insight and experience in banking and working with the different investors that make up the retail banking space. However in late 2015, Bill and his partners decided it was time to start their own brokerage built on the foundation of putting the agent first.
